Deposit: $30 (non-refundable)

FAQ

Q: Who can attend?  Students from NOVA CC, GMU, UMW, RMC, VCU, UR, Reynolds CC, W&M, CNU, Hampton U, ODU, TCC.  If your school is not listed and you want to attend let us know!

Q: When does the conference begin and end?  Where do I register once I get to Hampton?  Check in is from 5:30-7pm at the Embassy Suites.  (Hotel address below.)  The conference concludes at 12pm on Sunday.

Q: What should I bring?  Your remaining balance- cash or check only!  Weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.  The conference room is typically cold, so layers are encouraged.  Swim suit (if you want to try out indoor pool), Bible- if you have one, notebook, pen.  Toiletries.  Cash/Money for Saturday’s lunch and dinner out and buying books that may be on sale.  

Q: Are meals included?  A full course gourmet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is included.  (Think pancakes, omelets, bacon, coffee, OJ.)  Bring money for Saturday lunch and dinner.  Please eat dinner before arriving on Friday. 

Q: How will I get there?  Talk with your chapter leaders or your staff about carpooling.

Q: Are scholarships available?  Yes.  Please talk to your staff leader.
