Colleen Stein | Regional Director of the Virginia Region
Colleen.Stein@InterVarsity.org
Colleen was a faithful student leader in InterVarsity at CNU. She joined staff in 2011 serving first at William & Mary, then at Old Dominion University. She became an Area Director in 2016 and Regional Director of Virginia in 2020. Colleen lives in Norfolk, VA with her husband, Mark, and two daughters.

 

Emily Francis | Assistant Regional Director of Fundraising

Emily is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she was active in the multiethnic InterVarsity chapter. She came on staff upon graduation in 2017, serving at Tidewater Community College for a year before returning to Charlottesville to serve at UVA. Emily began her current role in 2022. She still lives in Charlottesville with her husband, Hunter.

 

Rob Hodous | Regional Coordinator for Spiritual Formation

Rob came to walk with Jesus through InterVarsity’s ministry at Virginia Tech. He joined staff in 2004 and served on campuses in Fredericksburg and Richmond before entering his current role in January of 2023. Rob and his wife, Julie, live in Richmond. They have three children, including a freshman at CNU.
