Eastern virginia CONFERENCE 2019

Ram Sridharan

Ram Sridharan

Our years in college are a set “in-between” time— separating our years at home, with family, from our future, whatever that may hold. In this and in many other areas of life, we may feel stuck between the past and the future, or feel the tension of waiting.

This conference will be an in-depth look at Joshua 1-3. At this point in Israel’s history, their 40 years of wandering through the desert are over. Joshua, Israel’s new leader, stands at the end of the desert journey, and yet before the entrance into the Promised Land. Israel has not yet crossed into the land where they will settle, but they are no longer a wandering people. It is a look into God’s presence with Joshua and Israel in the in-between time.

The speaker is Ram Sridharan, former Urbana '12 expositor and current InterVarsity Vice President of Diversity.
